Disappointed with the purchase of the Yaesu FTM-500D radio. The item was region-specific to Japan, which was not disclosed in the listing. Seller failed to communicate effectively and did not resolve the issue of the $410 customs fee I incurred. Expected better service and transparency from a seller on such a critical detail
