I ordered this item and the tracking showed that it was delivered one day before I ordered it. I contacted the supplier three times they failed to help me they told me it was stolen off of my porch. I have cameras and I know the item never came to my house. After a week of arguing with them and them telling me the item showed up at my door they finally told me my item was lost and I would have to file a claim. I told them I was going to report them to eBay basically they told me they didn't care
