Ordered a pair of custom made shoes and realized a mistake I made so I then went to cancel the order 3-hours later and I couldn't, so I contacted the seller and was told that Ebay required me to pay $25.00 to cancel the order. Contacted Ebay CS and was told that this it not true. They never charge for a cancellation and neither can a seller. This seller is untrustworthy and tried to profit from this cancelled transaction. I would never use them to purchase any item. (see screen capture below)
