Excessive messages before delivery, then when the set of 4 mugs arrived one had a huge chip out of it, this was caused by totally inadequate packaging i.e one piece of newspaper and two very thin sheets of bubble wrap, not enough to protect china mugs. On contacting this seller I was told to claim from Yodel and I have heard nothing more from this seller. Never been treated like this by an eBay seller, very disappointed 🫤
