Very nice sandal, lovely colour, love it but far too small even though its size 4 but fit my 10 years old. Not all disappointed.

I don't understand this neutral feedback rating! What did I do wrong! This rating is unfair to my good reputation of giving an efficient service, with excellent care on wrapping and packaging to protect the goods. Judge your sellers on performance and quality of goods, not whether they fit or not! These flippant comments destroy feedback ratings of good sellers, and I note that this is not the first time you've done it.
