I truly had no idea.
I did put in the description that, for some reason the top would not clean as well as the bottom. I also questioned whether the spoon was original. I also included 9 photos so you could see as much as possible.
The truly insulting thing is that you can have and could always have had a total refund but did not request one nor even raise the issue with me that you were in anyway unhappy.
I will pay the postage for the return and refund you in full upon arrival.

When I asked for a refund because my father had died and I wanted to buy one as a gift Alan responded not to give him personal information he did not care.
I really wanted this item and Alan was very rude and unhelpful
He promised a refund and then did not pay.

eBay are investigating this buyer. All I asked for was my item back and I would pay the postage. She wants to keep the item and get the refund. She has lied to me about her children getting injured by the broken china and lied that she had already thrown the item away. I hope she is not so low as to lie about the death of a parent. Which, again is none of my business. Please read about my packing on my many many positive responses, especially concerning packaging. Happy Shopping Lovely People.
