bonne communication, envoi rapide, objet conforme à la description, le seul problème est de devoir payer à la reception la somme de 20€ supplémentaire comme frais de douane alors que les frais de douanes avaient déjà été via eBay (11€)... pour un objet de 43€ cela coûte 47€ de frais d'envoi et de taxes ! j'habite à 600km du lieu d'envoi, cela me coûte deux fois moins cher de faire venir un objet du japon.....

The buyer is saying he had to pay customs fees even though ebay charged VAT fees. I am sorry but I correctly put the ebay supplied VAT code on the package, TWICE. So you need to raise the issue with your tax collecting body.
