This is the worst case I have ever bought. The product is advertised as high quality but the finishes on the back making contact with the wrist are sharp and saw-like, uncomfortable. The end links are even dangerous, and internal sharpness would damage a new strap. Even if the communication has been kindled, the seller has ignored this and the proposed solution is a mockery. I don't know if I'm the exception, or if other buyers accept less quality, but I payd 40% more in Ebay than AE in vain.
