I was told this automatic taper was in really good shape and clean. As I stated previously, I never ended up even using it. I went to Walgreens to ship this back from Fed Ex in the original box. The lady said , if my package was over 4ft tall they couldn’t ship it from there. I wanted to take the removal head off and that would shrink it down enough to ship. I struggled trying to get it off. The entire head and removal plate was packed full of old dry mud! Very very disappointed.

Buyer kept this item EXACTLY 30 days prior to requesting a return, stating that he'd never used it. Now he states that, not only, did he HAVE to partially dismantle the item prior to being able to ship in return, even though we shipped it to him without having to dismantle it, but that when he did so it was full of dried mud. False allegations... Once we receive this item in return, we will carefully inspect it, verify its condition, and make a refund determination at that time.
