Delivery time was the issue, dispatched on Monday 13th May by Royal Mail 48, but not delivered until Saturday 18th May. Royal Mail showed no delivery to them until Friday 17th May. It would appear that a package number was allocated on Monday, but the package was not passed to Royal Mail until much later. The goods are in good order.
