Se exige informar sobre fallos de inmediato y activar la garantía mediante un correo a info@desguacescastilla.com con datos y factura. La empresa elige entre sustitución, reparación o abono. Las piezas están marcadas para trazabilidad, y la garantía no cubre manipulaciones no autorizadas ni daños por uso inadecuado. La factura es crucial para reclamaciones.

En cuanto a devoluciones, se concede un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del producto, con los gastos de envío a cargo del cliente. El producto no debe haber sido montado ni manipulado, y el abono se realiza después de la inspección.
