The product was good quality, ideal for the purpose, very good replacement for the original item. However the item remained at the local Australia Post facility for a week until I checked and found it. It was not delivered. No notification of its location was provided, and usually Australia Post leaves the items at my property if I am not at home, but I was never away during the delivery period. The problem here is the courier, not the product.
