Description says "Excellent" condition, item arrived smelly with yellow staining on the hem and dirty sleeve

No communication from the buyer prior to leaving this feedback to let me rectify the issue. Also all my items are stored in re-useable bags as soon as they are photographed. The listing photographs do not show any marks, so I am not sure how they could have gotten there. The buyer is returning the item for a full refund so feel they could have reached out before going straight to a negative.
