Thankfully, someone in the design department considered including the year on this patch! So many Norris pieces are without seasons, dates, or documentation. This is a well-preserved round for its age and its color palette borrows cues from the Long Trail Council’s OA Lodge, Wisie Hal’a Con. In this year, 1957, WHC debuted its First Flap, which was auctioned by this seller as well. This leads me to believe that the original owner of the memorabilia was active in both Vermont BSA and OA events.
