After I purchased a week and a half goes by. Message the seller. Who gave me some excuse that the post office doesn't update sometimes. But somehow it updated the next day. Didn't receive the package till a full 2 weeks. I get the item which is graded at a 9. I open the graded case cause I care for what's inside. I purchased the item cause it was graded at 9 and "CIB". Which is hard to come by so I was willing to pay the price. Not 'CIB" missing 2 inserts. Gradings don't mean jack.
