Seller did nothing wrong, Package was shipped out with-in the 4 Business Day Handling time stated. Item Purchased June 9th, Shipping label printed June 11th, USPS took possession June 12th, USPS delivered June 21. Seller has NO CONTROL over the USPS and how long it takes to deliver a package, USPS Tracking number 9400109105465200517094. Buyer made 2 separate purchases, Seller was nice enough to combine the purchases and ship in one package and issue a large partial refund on shipping cost.
