Refused to send item internationally….even though he accepted the sale and had it listed for sale internationally! Not cancelling order as says EBay have withheld the money…so I’m basically stuck in limbo with no item or refund. I would avoid like the plague. Have to wait a month to open case with eBay due to them saying it will take a month for the item they’ve not even sent to be delivered. Bought from over 50 Americans on eBay and never an issue - seems to be just this dude.
