I would leave 5* for all but due to bit of bad luck I can’t. Watch arrived super fast well packed looking superb but wasn’t working. We assumed battery so took to watch repair service-it’s no quick/cheap fix. Seller was very helpful, communication excellent throughout. Seller totally genuine & surprised as I! We agreed at £25! Hardly a scam! So a very fair price & it enables me to fix & when all said & done will have beautiful RW watch to gift to family or resell at a small profit Kettles&Tom🙏

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I bought a £225 record that never arrived. Ten days after the sale, I had to follow up with the seller, who provided a tracking number but no proof of postage. The tracking information was for a different address in my town. I collected the parcel from a confused person's house, and it contained the wrong record. The seller's explanation didn't add up. They tried there best to convince me of an elaborate story and several excuses. Absolute nonsense!!!

I'm really saddened by this. I've communicated well and promptly, refunded literally the first point of asking and apologised for a genuine error. Again, I apologise and can't do any more than that. Other buyers have also been impacted by a mistake and they've been understanding and dealt with in the same way.
