All the parts I purchased were not shipped. Later found they were not available any more. A partial refund was offered to me but they already shipped part of the order. Another part was substituted to help make up the missing pieces of the original purchase. The make up piece was not equal in value to the missing parts. In my opinion I had to push them to try to understand the value of the missing parts. I think they just didn't understand their value. I gave up and agreed to the alternate part
