Ordered a month ago and was told item was defective and they HAD to send it back to the manufacturer per contract , but they’d try to get a replacement from them. Waited an entire month with zero updates before reaching out again only to get told the product is now out of production and they could just stock a different product for me at a discount. Horrible communication with even worse service lead me to think they never had item in stock and used defective item/ manufacturer as an excuse
