Las piezas están marcadas para trazabilidad, y la garantía no cubre manipulaciones no autorizadas ni daños por uso inadecuado. La factura es crucial para reclamaciones.

En cuanto a devoluciones, se concede un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del producto, con los gastos de envío a cargo del cliente.
