I purchased and paid immediately via PayPal. The following day the seller cancelled the transaction and told me they don't accept PayPal or ship internationally. I offered to pay more to cover any additional shipping costs and was told they would resist and accept PayPal. Didn't happen. Contacted seller again a week later, was told partner was going to register under a different account and they would let me know so I could repurchase. Never happened. Really disappointed.
