This person deliberately tries to sell his product to the foreigners living in foreign country when this seller person obviously knows that this is applicable to only japanese voltage. US and Canada runs in 120v and japan runs in 100v. Step down converters are impossible to find in local stores because it is a very niche thing. So I had to pay an extra $180 in amazon for a step down convertor. I eventually did get a refund of $20 but that was they provided me. don't buy this product.
