Buyer indicated an issue with the item and requested a return which was accepted. Item was never received; however, received a message with pictures from a high level ebay seller that they received the item broken with pics. Buyer was rude and blew up my inbox with messages and was the reason they were blocked. Advised them to work with ebay and gave them the user id of the person they sent it too. Item was not a fake but a replica and would have been happy to refund once item was received.
