The zipper was working when I mailed the item or I would have never listed it in the first place. You received a full refund and you also have the wallet. You can probably contact Coach and have the zipper repaired ,maybe for free.I am sorry a used store bag offended you, I recycle whenever I can. The mailer I shipped it in was a new designer bag . Keep on the sunny side if you can
