I am so disappointed in this bright floral duvet set as it looked stunning in pictures, bought straight as seen but arrived and was so ultra disappointed . How silly are you , I am a Power Seller , and as such offer a full money back refund including postage costs to any people who are unhappy with their purchase . I do not weigh duvet sets , most people would be happy with a good weight , Dorma is always heavy .Sorry you feel you had to take the route of Negative feed back , you could have returned it .
