This seller has been awful. They had a "problem" with the courier on both their apparent attempts to deliver, and my address in not complicated to deliver to. They offered me a refund the first time but I said I really still want the item. Then they somehow failed with the delivery a second time, so I said I'd like a refund. Now I hear nothing from them for 5 days. Terrible ebayers, not happy at all.
