Product was listed as "open box" (which means new but not used) but when I connected to my phone, the headphones had been personally named "da sh!t" which I could see on my phone Bluetooth list and heard "dan's" in the headphones. Also, there was a sticky glob of something on these headphones which also made me question if they had been used. I wrote seller and he says he only tried them to see if they worked. You decide for yourself but I won't buy from him in the future. See photos.
