      This is a seller where the fish never looked as good in person as the photos, whether they use filters or enhancers. This seller also owes me 3 replacement fishes (2 arrived with defects and one just never arrived). I now have to get PayPal involved because the seller asked me to cancel the refund request if he promised to send me replacements. Guess what, they never arrived, and eBay can't help me anymore and pointed to PayPal. NEVER CLOSE REQUESTS NO MATTER HOW MUCH SELLERS BEG. Let eBay help.

      Seller said he would send replacement due to fish arriving with issues, told me to cancel the item arrived not as described request, I trusted them, never sent the replacement! Became such a dodgy seller! Had to get PayPal involved because you cannot reopen a request on eBay for one item if you already opened and cancelled one! This is what I get for trusting sellers too much!
