At first I didn’t think my items had arrived and I contacted them and they were so friendly and assured me not to worry they could send me another set, but was I sure that I didn’t get a yellow envelope. I looked again and yes I had gotten it. I was so used to things coming in a box that I just overlooked the packing envelope. The figures look great like new. They were well packaged and was cost effective. Great quality
