They simply couldn't find the cd which is totally understandable and immediately messaged me to inform me I would be getting a full refund which I received a couple days later. They kept an eye out and did notify me when they found it and offered to drop it off but unfortunately I needed it as a gift so I had to purchase one from another seller. Very happy, however, with the consistent updates!
