      I was buying two fairly inexpensive coins and wanted to combine shipping, and because there was a 5% offer on both, the eBay system wasn't making it easy. I was so happy with this seller, because they responded quickly to my messages and arranged a workaround (dropping the price on the item rather than combining shipping)--all for a fairly negligible purchase.
