      Item arrived in good shape (thankfully the seller packed it well inside the USPS box) in spite of the efforts of USPS and Royal Mail to destroy the package. The postage system Ebay has in place needs policing by Ebay to ensure the carriers are held responsible for such lack of care in handling packages. If the item had been damaged I would progress this.
