The product was filled with dust and not cleaned. Seller offered $80 first and them $100 to avoid shipping cost and return of damaged item. I agreed to his request accepting his offer of $100. he never replied nor refunded. EBAY stepped in to refund partial amount. Thanks to EBAY.
