    imprecisi nella descrizione, mi hanni comunicato una deformazione quando io pensavo che l'articolo fosse gia in viaggio. Comunque mi hanno fatto notare l'inconveniente e mi hanno detto che sarebbero anche stati favorevoli in caso avessi voluti restituire l'articolo a loro spese. Io ho risposto che avevo urgenza di ricevere la porta pechè utile a consegnare un veicolo. Gli ho richiesto un ulteriore sconto per la deforazione ma non ho ricevuto nulla.

    Ware ist angekommen. Kam per Spedition. So weit so gut. Kommunikation war leider mangelhaft, falsche Trackingnummer, keinerlei Info zum Versand, keine Reaktion auf Nachfragen. An der Kommunikation sollte dringend gearbeitet werden. Eine korrekte Trackingnummer wäre z.B. hilfreich. Und eine kurze Rückinfo, dass wirklich versendet wurde - per Spedition - hätte auch nicht geschadet!
