    I had to contact shipper 4 days after purchase to inquire if item had been shipped. The item was not in new condition as described, them item had been previously cut open before shipping and every piece was loose in the shipping box, certainly not new in unopened original containers. I will not buy from this seller again.

If package was opened, it was not that the item was used in anyway, but simply packaging broke open during shipment from manufacturer or shipment to you.
