      Absolutely fantastic customer service! Parcel came packaged great no issues, item perfect condition. Had a small issue with both back wheels being Right but I contacted the buyer got a reply almost immediately with a solution. Was kept updated throughout and they have sent me the replacement part all In time for Christmas. Absolutely would recommend just for the customer service. Great value as I’ve looked elsewhere so happy with the purchase overall.

      Seller refused return. The item's listing said there was 10 Pokémon cards per pack, but when arrived the packs only had 7-8 cards per pack. Seller removed cards after seeing the auction did not do well. Also stickers and art cards were removed. Seller was not cooperative, eBay had to help resolve.
