Their tracking system really is a waste of time - three different times were offered in as many days. The delivery involved dumping the parcel on the doorstep, not attempting to ring the bell, then claiming it had been left in my safeplace...shockingly bad!

    Dispatched same day I ordered, well packaged and at a really good price. Brand new and unmarked. Many thanks. Royal Mail didn't do well at all! They collected the item on Wednesday at 13:39 from the suppliers address in London. It was in their Glasgow MC on Friday at 21:27, at their Chelmsford MC on Sunday at 03:23 and was delivered to my address in Suffolk on Monday 14:03. So much for their "48 Hour Tracked Delivery". Why did it have to go via Glasgow for crying out loud? Not impressed!!!
