    When I received the gateway TA7 E-295 Convertible Tablet PC I noticed the packaging seems to be crushed on one side during shipping and the computer was showing an issue where the display backlight was faulty due to fedex, doing a poor job with shipping. However the product worked better than described otherwise, and the value was perfect for the age of the computer. I will be shopping with this company again.

Packaging was adequate, but, could have been better. the unit was placed at the bottom of box and brown paper was placed around so unit did not move.
