Sorry to hear you feel your coffee is not as good as it once was. We have not changed our process, grade of coffee or our supplier. It just is the nature of a crop product. Some years are not as good as others due to weather, plant disease, and other conditions out of the farmers control. Please try some of our other coffees or contact us for a recommendation.
