First through EBay payment, than on top of that VAT when item came to my country (custom) plus fee for custom paperwork. And this happened 30 times (more or less) in last 2 and 1/2 years!! I'm living in EU country. Just sweet talks from them. Item as item is fine - this time they sent correct Blu-Ray disc. Last time they sent correct Blu-Ray case, but different Blu-Ray disc. Overall - pathetic.
