Se per qualche ragione il cliente non è soddisfatto del suo ordine può esercitare il diritto di recesso (rimborso, sostituzione dell'articolo) entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento del pacco.

Il cliente deve assicurarsi di aver rispettato le seguenti condizioni di recesso:

1. I prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati (solo per prova), modificati, lavati o danneggiati ;

2. Il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato ai prodotti con il sigillo monouso ;

3. I prodotti resi devono essere inviati a FRMODA S.R.L. in un'unica spedizione ;

4. All’ interno del pacco deve essere presente scontrino fiscale e/o fattura di acquisto ;

Una volta rispettate tutte le condizioni richieste, FRMODA S.R.L. rimborserà l'intero prezzo del/dei capi entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pacco.

Le spese di spedizione di rientro non saranno rimborsate.

If for some reason the customer is not satisfied of its order, he can exercise the recess right (reimbursement, substitution of the article) within 14 working days from the date of reception of the package.

The customer must make sure itself to have respected the following conditions of recess:

1. The products do not have to be be used (only for test), modified, washed or damaged;

2. The identification card must be still attacked to the products with the disposable seal;

3. The rendered products must be sent to the FRMODA S.R.L. in one only shipment;

4. Original sales receipt and/or invoice must be inside the package;

Once the demanded condition were respected all, FRMODA S.R.L. reimburse the total price of the heads within 10 working days after have received the package.

The cost of the return the package will not be refunded.
