The item arrived with a CD missing from it. I sought a refund from Music Magpie who told me that I must first return the item to them. They have acknowledged receipt of the returned item. They then claimed falsely that they have refunded £15.36 to my account. Two weeks have gone by and that refund has still not been received. Utterly appalling.
