Always the same answer, "it rarely happens, here's the IOSS that you can give to customs (no, they don't take it after they've issued the customs charge), you don't HAVE to accept the package..." The products are worth buying, only IF the seller is competent enough to handle the basics of shipping. Buy elsewhere if you live in the EU
