The item was dented and scratched. The shipping package was in perfect condition, so it was sent that way. When contacted, the seller did not take responsibility for the damage. They only gave a small refund for part of the price. I do not recommend working with this seller.

We apologized and asked if they wanted a partial refund and they agreed. They originally wanted a full refund but wanted to keep the item. We refunded them more than half of the cost so they paid less than we did for it.
