There were 19 days from when order was placed and received. It's been my experience that the USPS is usually not at fault in a situation like this. I believe it was a slip-up on company's behalf, but they found a copy & sent it after I initiated an "item not received" complaint. Book's condition was accurate, and packaging just fine so it arrived in "new" condition.
