Seller shipped book in a thin paper mailer. By the time it arrived to me the mailer had been ripped open and the book was banged up a bit. The shipping was free, but they could have at least used a bubble mailer. It would have provided a bit more protection. I think most of us would be happy to pay for shipping if it meant our purchases wouldn't arrive damaged.

World of Books got this CD to USPS within a couple of days of my ordering it -- my thanks! USPS, though, had it in a warehouse for over two weeks; I've no clue as to why. But the CD finally got here in good shape -- I'm pleased to finally have it in hand.
