Unfortunately my product was not as promised. I was unable to manipulate the curls the wig felt plasticky It definitely did not look like the picture on the site. I am disappointed especially because there are no returns and no refunds and that was a pretty penny to pay for synthetic wig. It look more like a costume wig. But I will say delivery was amazing It was fast and packaging was awesome! This just wasn't the wig for me I guess and I'm an avid wig wearer lol.
