Customer service is top notch, any questions I had was promptly answered. This Fragile jade comb was packaged in bubble wrap and external package being Styrofoam, which protected product very well. The quality of the comb is very nice, Evenly spaced teeth and the points are not so sharp that they dig/scratch into the skin. I plan on using it as a beard comb, it's just the right size. I bought a crazy horse leather pen pocket protector and modified it to be a comb case. Anyway, it's a great buy
