Arrived in good time and CD itself in VGC. No complaint at the price, but not as advertised because the notes (and even the track list!) are missing. They would have been in a separate booklet contained within an outer cardboard sleeve (also missing). The missing booklet is a bit annoying because this recording is unusual in containing significant added/reconstructed music, and it would have been nice to read exactly what was done to make-up the extra 15 minutes.
